Land loans are offered for a period of seven (7) years up to a maximum of ten (10) years.

The following documents are required on application:

• Identification (Barbados National Identification Card, Passport or Plastic Driver’s License)
• Most recent Job Letter
• The last three (3) months Bank Statements OR for self-employed applicants the last six (6) months bank statements plus the last three (3) years audited financial statements
• Copy of purchase sales agreement with the plot plan indicating the location and size of land
• Valuation report on the property
